Strava is switching off the club endpoints your tools run on.
Strava is retiring the Club Members, Club Administrators and Club Activities endpoints on 1 September 2026, and put its developer API behind a paid subscription on 1 June. If someone in your club built the spreadsheet, the attendance sheet or the mileage board, that is the day it stops returning data.
What actually stops working
Club Members
Anything that read your roster — attendance sheets, member checks, welcome bots.
Club Administrators
Anything that knew who was allowed to run the club.
Club Activities
Club mileage boards, weekly recaps, and every home-made leaderboard.
Your activities, your feed and your Strava clubs themselves are not going anywhere. What ends is the ability for anything outside Strava to read who is in your club.
What we do instead
Your roster lives here, not behind an API
Paste your member list and we invite the people who already have an account. Nobody is added without accepting — and we do not keep addresses for people who aren’t here yet. For them, share your club’s invite link or QR code.
Club runs with real RSVPs
Schedule one-off or weekly runs, cap the numbers when a route or a restaurant needs it, let a waitlist fill the gaps when someone drops out, and record who actually turned up.
And the part Strava clubs never had: races
See which of your club is signed up for what, months out. Race schedules, results and reviews sit alongside the group runs instead of living in a separate spreadsheet.
Nothing here depends on Strava
We have never called their API, so there is nothing on our side for them to switch off. Your club does not need a Strava account to use any of this.
Move your club
Create the club, paste the roster, put next Saturday’s run on the calendar. It takes about five minutes, and you can do it before September and see whether it sticks.
